Management Diagnostics

Management diagnostics (aptitude diagnostics) is an in-depth part of our selection procedure in the executive search process. We work with differentiated analysis tools, ranging from face-to-face interviews and assessment exercises to our “Culture Profile” tool, which reveals cultural similarities and differences. Management diagnostics helps us to assess whether and to what extent people are suitable for certain management positions. We capture relatively stable personality traits and cognitive abilities and gain a meaningful and reliable impression of individual career goal fulfillment.

Career Coaching

Our services also include individual career coaching, provided by Dr. Regina Ruppert as a separate consulting service: Here, we are talking about determining one’s own professional position and discovering further potential. In addition, it is about the expansion of personal strengths and the associated development of an own “brand” and appropriate career strategies. Depending on the person, situation and need, we use aptitude diagnostic procedures as well as methods from counseling practice, “Gestaltarbeit” or Positive Psychology.
